Our company started with a ‘New work 2.0’ concept. Basically it means you can sit wherever you want in the building. Also there are a lot of special relax lounges and other design crap that should keep you in a happy productive state. Another thing is you can work at home.
And I must say, working at home sure has its advantages. Specially for those Monday morning you really don’t want to get out of bed. You just turn on your laptop. Set your status on occupied or do not disturb. Increase the volume a bit.
